We are now in 2021, today when you walk around the mall, supermarket or browse through Amazon, more than 70% of the products you see on the shelf are all processed foods. Meaning that the food has been altered to make it edible for a longer period of time. It is really important that we always try as much as possible to live healthy by watching what we eat, being intentional about what we eat, having regular exercise, learning about how to live naturally. So essentially, the two ways to live a healthy life naturally include things that are easily accessible to everyone regardless of current situation or environment. However you might not be able to put all into practice all at once, using two or three will go a long way in ensuring that you are living a healthy life naturally.

Eat Vegetables Regularly

Vegetables are filled with a lot of active ingredients that goes a long way in ensuring that we get the daily nutrients our body needs. We need to try as much as possible to include vegetables in our meal every day.
Most vegetables contain about 30% – 90% of water thereby making them a good source of getting the daily required water intake. One should eat vegetables while they are still fresh in other to get the nutrients and should be cooked under less heat and very short time.

Vegetables can also be consumed as juice by juicing a large quantity of vegetables which makes it easier to consume rather than eating it which makes it difficult to eat large quantity. You can also eat your vegetables as salad by mixing various vegetables by following several recipes which are easily available.

Exercise as Often as Possible

Try as much as possible to have regular exercise daily, weekly or monthly depending on your schedules. Exercise is a natural way to put your body into shape and it also helps in removing toxic substances out of the body through sweat.

Exercise can range from strolling in the evenings, jogging in the night or on weekends, registering into a gym in your community or neighborhood or having a little gym in your home. As little as five minutes of workout everyday will go a long way in helping you get into shape or as much as hour daily if one has the time.

Drink Lots of Water

One of the reasons why you need to eat vegetables regularly is because vegetable as you might not know contains about 70-95% water depending on the type of vegetable we are talking about. Drinking a lot of water every day is quite important to live a healthy life naturally. According to experts, we need to drink about 1.5 – 2 liters of water every day.

The type of water you drink will depend on you for example bottled water, sachet water, dispenser water, boiled water. It is often necessary to drink a glass of water immediately you wake up from sleep every day and also another glass of water just before going to bed.

Add Spices and Herbs into Your Food

Spices and Herbs are very important to our health and in living a healthy life naturally. Some spices include turmeric, cinnamon, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds while herbs include parsley, celery, cilantro (coriander leaves). All these are packed with essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
You can add these spices into your cooking ingredients for soups, grills, salads or even smoothies. You can also add spices to your cooked food just before eating by sprinkling it on food. Doing this consistently overtime will tremendously improve your overall health and well-being.

Eat Natural Foods and Avoid Processed Foods

It is important that we watch what we eat and always ensure that we are eating more natural foods and less processed foods. It is quite difficult to avoid processed foods totally, however we can cut down the amount we eat. All processed foods are made out of synthetic ingredients which are harmful to the human body and will go a long way in harming the body. This is why it is important to go for natural foods that are made out of natural ingredients which are good for the body. This will ensue that you are free from all types of diseases and illnesses caused by processed foods.

So I hope you have gone through the list and will also start implementing some of the tips I just listed for you above. You need to be able to make conscious effort to implement. By implementing two or three you will be able to start seeing positive changes in your health. For maximum effect, you need to implement all the five ways to live a healthy life naturally. By doing so, I promise you that you will live a healthy life naturally and you will be able to prevent a lot of health ailments and disease from occurring and those ones that you have now, you will be able to either suppress them or cure them. Either one of the two, one must occur.
